FEMMSS Registration

Please complete your registration by October 29th 2004.

To register:

1.)    Fill out the online registration form and submit it electronically (see link below).

2.)    Print a hard copy of the online registration form.

3.)    Write a check payable to The Simpson Center for the appropriate registration fee amount (see fee schedule below). [Note: we do not have the ability to accept credit card payments.]

4.)    Mail the check and a hard copy of the online registration form to:

Fee Schedule:

Employed: $75 US, $98 Cdn
Underemployed: $45 US, $60 Cdn
Students: $25 US, $35 Cdn

One day of the conference: Employed $25
                                          Underemployed $15
                                          Student $10

Friday night reception (buffet and wine):
                                          Employed $20
                                          Underemployed $12
                                          Student: $8

Several Sessions :
                                          Employed $20
                                          Underemployed $10
                                          Student: $5

Registration fee includes refreshments for 5 breaks on Fri., Sat. and Sun; Friday's evening reception (buffet, wine, etc.); conference poster; and meeting room fees.

Box lunches are available for Friday, Nov. 5 and we recommend them as the campus is very crowded during lunch hours. Each is $9.95 and the registration form includes a link to the menus so that you can choose what you would like. Please indicate that you would like a lunch, which you would like, and add $9.95 US, $13 Cdn, to your registration fee.

To facilitate proper amounts of food and meeting room requirements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept registrations after October 29.
