Biographical Note: From 2002 until 2009 Stefan Schweighöfer studied economics in Frankfurt and concluded the studies with a paper on the theory of the just price in the scholastic philosophy. In 2004 he additionally began studying philosophy and history and concluded this study with a paper on the theory of justice in the philosophy of Luis de Molina. Since 2010 he has been a research assistant for Prof. Matthias Lutz-Bachmann. He is working working on a doctoral thesis concerning the theory of law in the philosophy of Francisco Suárez.
